Pelham Farms is Moore County's newest Priemer Equestrian developments with direct access to our Walthour Moss Foundation Preserve. It is ideally situated between the main Foundation and New Hunt Country for a total of 4,100 acres for riding, carriage driving, foxhunting, training and pleasure riding. The development boasts 200 acres with 24 farms completely and uniformly fenced with our signature dark post and rail.
